We carry all three plugs.

Not sure which one you've got? Open the charge flap and match the shape. Or just ring and tell us the car.

  • Type 2

Seven holes in a round socket with a flat top.

On almost every electric car and plug-in hybrid sold in the UK. It's the everyday plug for slower charging.

  • CCS

A Type 2 socket on top with two big pins underneath.

Most electric cars from the last few years, including Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, the VW ID range, Kia, Hyundai, MG and the Porsche Taycan.

  • CHAdeMO

A big round socket on its own, usually next to a Type 2 or Type 1.

The Nissan Leaf, earlier Mitsubishi Outlander plug-in hybrids and the first Kia Soul EV.

How to check your plug

  • Open the charge flap. It's usually on a rear wing, the front wing or behind the badge
  • Look at the socket and match it to the shapes above
  • A round socket with two big pins underneath is CCS. A flat topped round socket on its own is Type 2
  • Still not sure? Ring and tell us the make and model. We'll know
