The four steps

- We drive outAnywhere in the south of England, any hour. Hazards on and stay safe while you wait.
- Plug inWe connect our 7.5 kW charger to your car's own socket: Type 2, CCS or CHAdeMO.
- Drive onAfter 30 minutes you've got about 10 to 12 miles. Enough to reach a charge point.
What to tell us when you ring
- Where you are: the road name, a postcode nearby, or the car park level and bay
- The make and model of the car
- What the dash says: low, 0% or nothing at all
- Which plug it takes, if you know. If not, we carry all three
What to expect
- A top-up, not a full charge: about 10 to 12 miles for 30 minutes on charge
- Your own range will vary with the car and the weather, and the cold cuts it
- Once you're moving, head straight for the nearest rapid charger
- If the problem isn't the battery, a charge won't fix it, and we'll tell you so

It depends where you are and what time it is. Ring us and we'll tell you honestly on the call. We don't promise a time we can't keep.
How much does it cost?
Call for a price. Tell us where you are and what car you drive, and we'll talk it through on the phone.
Will it work with my car?
Almost certainly. We carry all three plug types: Type 2, CCS and CHAdeMO. If you're not sure which your car uses, tell us the make and model when you ring.
How many miles will I get?
About 10 to 12 miles for every 30 minutes of charging. Cold weather, heating and how you drive can change that. It's enough to reach a proper charge point, so have one in mind.
Will you fully charge my car?
No. Our charger is 7.5 kW, which makes it a top-up, not a full charge. We give you enough to get to a public charge point, then you charge up properly there.
Do you come out at night?
Yes. We're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Where do you cover?
The whole south of England, including Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and all of London. We work from several bases, so someone is usually close by.
Can I send my location without talking?
Yes. Ring us first if you can. If you can't talk, message us on WhatsApp and share your location pin, and tell us your car and what has happened.
